Construction Philosophy:
C-Tech values quality over quantity, therefore we pay our employees on an hourly basis instead of a piecemeal/per unit basis. We don’t incentivize employees to rush a job with poor quality to claim more units produced. C-Tech takes the risk that our employees can perform quality work within specified production expectations.

Safety for our employees, members for which we are working and surrounding areas are our most valued point of focus. Working in energized utility space, around underground utility infrastructure or in a members’ home or business requires highly technical skills and a safety focused workforce.
