Our team has over 40 years of experience working with investor owned utilities, municipal utilities and rural electric/telephone cooperatives as well as 38 years working with the largest public/private companies providing information technology services. In addition, our team has spent multiple years designing financial models specifically for rural electric cooperatives who have started fiber to the home businesses for their membership.

Executive Team
Michael and Kimberly started Cooperative Technology Solutions, LLC in order to further serve the rural sector from which they were raised.
Jordan R. (Henderson) Boelte, General Manager
Jordan has over 12 years of experience in utility finance, commercial real estate financial analysis and financial modeling for fiber to the home initiatives. Jordan has been active in developing feasibility studies for electric cooperatives who have sought federal and state incentive programs over the last few years and extensive experience in fiber to the home services. Jordan has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Hendrix College as well as a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Denver. Prior to going Cooperative Technology Solutions, LLC she worked at Conexon performing feasibility studies and economic evaluations for many cooperatives. She also served as a financial analyst with Tri-State Generation & Transmission Association in Westminster, Colorado
Michael W. Henderson, Principal
Michael has over 40 years working in the natural gas and electricity industry. He is a Certified Public Accountant and retired in January 2021 as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation and Arkansas Electric Cooperatives, Inc. In that role, he managed the financial oversight of both entities and their operating subsidiaries. Michael has presented expert testimony in utility regulation cases, served as President of the national association as well as presented testimony before the United State Senate. Michael currently serves as President of Today’s Power, Inc. which provides solar and storage solutions to the utility industry and commercial sector. Michael has a Bachelor of Accounting from Arkansas State University as well as an Advanced Management Degree from Duke University.
Kimberly A. Henderson, Principal
Kimberly has served most recently as Vice President of Information Systems for Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield. She has over 38 years of extensive management experience negotiating system development and application deployment helping meet the company’s strategic visions and goals of keeping health care in Arkansas affordable. Her team was responsible for new technology, research and development to provide strong business results through new IT and services. Kimberly has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Arkansas State University and Management Certification from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.
Clinton (CJ) West, Operations Manager
CJ has over 14 years of extensive management experience. He served 10 years with Walmart and Sam’s Club in management when he decided to transition to utility services. He has 4 years of underground and overhead Fiber construction experience. As Operations Manager CJ plans and oversees execution of all fiber installation services. He ensures our team performs high quality and professional services in a safe and effective manner. He trains and ensures our staff represent our utility clients in a manner that results in high customer satisfaction. CJ has a degree in Business Management with a focus in Human Resources.
